Once
★★★★☆ Marvellously melodic
Once, the musical that opens the Alan Cumming era at Pitlochry Festival Theatre, has all of the trappings of a Big Event. And it certainly does not disappoint.
Mary Poppins
★★★★★ Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
Blown in on her umbrella by the gusts of Storm Éowyn, the new UK & Ireland tour of Mary Poppins arrives in Edinburgh in a fashion that can only be described by the mysterious nanny’s own superlative: supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
Disney’s Aladdin
★★★★☆ Spectacular
Flying onto the Playhouse stage on the magic carpet of Disney, the big touring production of Aladdin which sets off on a 15 month UK tour is a big, sparkling concoction of fun.
The Glass Menagerie
✭✭✭✭✩ Sultry:
