Small Wonders
★★★★★ Magic:
World renowned immersive theatre company Punchdrunk makes its first ever foray to Scotland with a comprehensively startling piece of work, Small Wonders, as part of the Edinburgh International Children’s Festival.
Poggle
★★★★★ Disarmingly charming:
There is real delight for pre-school kids to be had at the Studio of the Festival Theatre this Christmas, as the clever and playful Poggle is revived by Barrowland Ballet.
Gobland For The Goblins!
★★★☆☆ Playful:
Billed as a fantasy video game for older children and their families, writer-director James Beagon and Aulos Productions’ latest show sees them switch genres yet again. Gobland For The Goblins! is an interactive show with some very pleasing elements.

There is a magical sense of discovery to White, the show for two to four year-olds which returns to the Traverse for the run up to Christmas.

One woman, a small room, three stories.
The Bookbinder
✭✭✭✭✭ Beautiful craftsmanship:
A book is a beautiful thing, a story is a work of art, a fairytale is a thing of dreams. The Bookbinder is all of these – it’s a beautiful, articulate and inventive show that is as engaging as it is mysterious.
Octonauts
✭✭✭✩✩ Thrills spill:
Thrills, spills and exotic undersea animals are all present as expected as the Octonauts take their audience on a Deep Sea Volcano Adventure to explore, rescue and protect.
